Golden Dawn

I enjoy working in oils. The main advantages of oil paints are their flexibility and depth of color. They can be applied in many different ways, from thin glazes diluted with turpentine to dense thick impasto. Because it is slow to dry, I can continue working the paint for much longer than other types of paint

using a palette knife and large brushes. The colors in this new painting are vivid yellows and golds and a

variety of warm and cool blues.
